Responsibilities
  • Influence preventative measures, and lead internal audits to ensure environmental compliance across all operations.
  • Provide guidance to the Business, setting clear targets and objectives to achieve high performance in ESG practices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all external environmental regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Promote an organizational culture that encourages ethical conduct and a commitment to compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices within the ESG and SHE landscape.
  • Develop and implement GRC programs and policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure GRC goals are met.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Provide training and support on GRC-related matters.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Sustainability, ESG, Environmental Studies, Business, Finance or related field.
  • Professional certification in ESG or Sustainability
  • Strong knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability practices.
  • Excellent understanding of ESG standard and frameworks (GRI, TCFD, SASB, etc.) and ESG guidelines in Saudi Arabia
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate teams with a strategic and proactive approach.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in applying governance knowledge and processes in work-related situations.
  • This role demands collaboration with various departments to uphold compliance and drive continuous improvement.
