Job summary

Red Sea Global is seeking an HR Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee relations across project locations in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure policy compliance, onboarding, lifecycle management, and accurate HR records, collaborating with Payroll, Recruitment, and Government Relations.

The role requires 5–7 years in HR, strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, and excellent stakeholder management in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 5–7 years HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR operations.
• Experience in project-based environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day HR operations and employee relations activities.
• Manage onboarding, transfers, contracts changes, leave, resignations, and offboarding.
• Monitor attendance, absenteeism, disciplinary cases, grievances, and employee conduct.
• Ensure HR processes comply with policies, procedures, and labor requirements.
• Support workforce mobilization and manpower planning across projects.
• Coordinate with Recruitment, Payroll, Government Relations, Administration, and other HR functions.
• Support line managers in addressing employee relations and performance issues.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS updates.
• Prepare HR reports and monitor HR KPIs.
• Support employee engagement and HR initiatives across destinations.
