Red Sea Global is seeking a Senior Manager - HR Strategy and Project Management to lead the development, governance, and execution of the HR strategy framework and project portfolio. The role anchors planning cycles, drives HR governance, and ensures alignment with corporate objectives across all HR functions.

The position is office-based in الرياض, SA, with a focus on driving change, performance tracking, and stakeholder coordination within the HR division and related business partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, BA, or related field; master's preferred.
• 10 years experience with at least 2 in managerial roles.
• PMP or equivalent project governance certification preferred.
• HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, CIPD, APHRI preferred.
• Experience in organizational change management or related certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Govern the HR strategy framework and service model across functions.
• Track progress of HR strategy roadmap and report to senior leadership.
• Govern HR projects with cross-functional coordination.
• Manage annual HR division planning, budget submissions, and KPIs.
• Support Saudization and regulatory compliance in HR initiatives.
