Job summary

Confidential Government in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Head of HR Operations to oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee services across the organization. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, maintain HR records, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate payroll and benefits with Finance, while upholding Saudi labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in HR operations, payroll, and employee lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, GOSI, and HR regulations.
• Strong data integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations across the organization.
• Oversee contracts, onboarding, transfers, promotions, changes, and separations.
• Manage HR administration, records, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and HR regulations.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits in liaison with Finance.
• Drive HR process automation and standardization.
• Lead the HR Operations team and report on HR metrics.
