Job summary

The Red Sea Development Company seeks an experienced HR governance professional to lead the development and execution of the HR strategy framework, portfolio governance, and divisional planning across the organization from Riyadh HQ.

You will oversee KPI development, annual planning, change management, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and Saudization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• 10 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in managerial roles.
• PMI PMP or equivalent project governance certification preferred.
• HR certifications such as SHRM or CIPD preferred.
• Experience in organizational change management or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage development governance and execution of HR strategy framework project portfolio and divisional planning.
• Monitor HR strategy roadmap milestones risks and provide updates to senior HR leadership.
• Govern strategic HR projects with cross-functional coordination and timely delivery.
• Lead annual HR division planning cycle including inputs budgeting and alignment with calendar.
• Develop HR division KPIs and ensure alignment with corporate performance frameworks.
• Integrate change management strategies and oversee stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Maintain HR shared services delivery model including service catalog and governance.
• Support Saudization strategy and regulatory reporting in alignment with internal controls.
