Job summary

Al Qadisiyah is seeking an HR Operations Supervisor to oversee all HR operations and government relations activities in line with Saudi labor laws. The role includes payroll coordination, employee services, and managing government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and MHRSD.

You will lead a small team, ensure policy compliance, drive process improvements, and support Saudization initiatives while handling employee relations and transactions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• HR professional certification preferred.
• 5–8 years progressive HR experience.
• 2–3 years in a HR supervisory role.
• Experience in HR operations and labour law compliance.
• Experience handling government relations in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and payroll coordination.
• Supervise HR operations and administrative activities.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are implemented consistently.
• Lead HR operational projects and process improvements.
• Monitor Saudization and support workforce planning.
• Manage government relations with ministries and authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
• Coordinate visa, iqama, licenses, and government documentation.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and investigations.
• Supervise HR coordinators and staff.
