Job summary

A leading logistics company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Buyer for Global Procurement Services. The role involves managing procurement for non-inventory goods, ensuring timely deliveries, and developing strong internal and external supplier relationships. Candidates should have experience in Microsoft Office, proficiency in local and English languages, and excellent negotiation skills. This position is crucial for maintaining sourcing efficiency and supply chain operations within the fulfillment centers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Advanced proficiency in local language in both written and verbal communication.
• Intermediate proficiency in English in both written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily forecasts for non-inventory packaging supplies.
• Execute purchase order creation based on internal requests.
• Liaise with suppliers to secure prompt deliveries.
• Develop relationships with internal customers and external suppliers.
• Work in compliance with the company Spending and Transaction Policy.
• Plan deliveries and communicate schedules with teams.
