A leading company in the elevator industry in Jeddah is seeking a General Sales Manager to drive the commercial sales strategy and execution. The role involves achieving sales targets, developing key client relationships, and leading the sales team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of sales experience, preferably in elevator sales, and possess strong leadership and negotiation skills. Fluent Arabic and English are required for this position.

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

As a General Sales Manager you will lead the commercial sales strategy and execution for the company, driving revenue growth and market penetration specifically within the electric elevator sales and service sector .This role requires achieving monthly sales targets and includes overseeing customer acquisition strategy , key client relationship development , and leading the local sales representative team.

Key Accountabilities
  • Prepare a comprehensive administrative and strategic plan for managing and developing revenues, sales, and profits.
  • Set strategies for customer acquisition and determine and adjust sales prices by monitoring the competition with other companies.
  • Participate in the necessary plans and procedures required to open new markets.
  • Develop a plan for promotional offers and marketing campaigns.
  • Sett a budget for the departments and branches responsible and establishing expected sales plans for the company.
  • Perform technical sales work specialized in electric elevator services.
  • Maintain existing customers and developing the customer base for sales and maintenance contracts.
  • Identifying, coordinating, and attending meetings with customers to increase the number of clients and sales volume.
  • Providing technical support and information to the client to assist in making the suitable elevator selection.
  • Offer technical consultation to the client.
  • Work on collection and following up with customers until the deal is completed.
  • Prepare periodic reports on customers, the problems they face, and how to reach a solution.
  • Submit periodic reports on building the company's customer base.
  • Coordinate with all relevant departments regarding information related to the sales plan.
  • Coordinate with the financial administration regarding managing the issuance of invoices, adding them to the sales system, and following up on the debit and credit balances of customers and representatives.
  • Achieve the monthly sales targets and following up on the periodic collection process from customers.
  • Determine the monthly goals for branches and departments and the mechanism for following up on them.
  • Determine the monthly goals for sales representatives.
  • Participate in the evaluation of the performance of all sales representatives, both current and new.
  • Evaluate and re-evaluating incentives and commissions for sales representatives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of sales experience in elevator sales or building materials.
  • Good knowledge of product pricing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Able to adapt working hours when required to meet business priorities and client needs.
