Monitors the work of electricians/technicians and provides guidance as needed. Assist with electrical system installation, trouble shooting, and repair as needed.

Key Accountability Areas

Site Execution:

• Plans and distribute group job activity.
• Organize and coordinate the daily electrically activities of all workers, subcontractors, and equipment according to priorities of the plans and utilize corrective action to keep the project on time and within budget
• Submit daily report about his manpower & machinery
• Communicate site electrical engineer if any difficulties come which hinders the progress
• Coordinates material flow at site.

Role Accountability

• Ability to recruit, recognize and cultivate high performers and expose them in order to create a robust second line of management.
• Ability to recognize low performers and guide them to improve or release them.
• Ability to treat subordinates equally without any discrimination.
• Assessment criteria of subordinates is performance that leads to planned results.
• Ensure availability of delegation of authority matrix to have sufficient delegations as per company policy.
