Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in accounting, ideally in operations, logistics, or fleet management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of all fleet-related financial transactions.
• Prepare and reconcile driver and fleet settlements.
• Process and audit petty cash disbursements.
• Record and track driver loans, advances, and deductions.
• Prepare fleet-related journal entries and reports.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closings.
• Review and reconcile supplier invoices and maintenance costs.
• Conduct audits on fleet expenses and service invoices.
• Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle utilization.
• Act as a liaison between Finance and Operations.
• Support Payroll Officer in preparing driver payroll reports.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Inventory teams on Odoo ERP.
• Review accounting and operational processes for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Support audits with documentation and reconciliations.
