Qualifications

• 0-2 years of fintech and payments related experience preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English required.

Responsibilities

• Draft and execute the annual compliance plan.
• Review compliance and AML policies annually.
• Examine policies for regulatory compliance.
• Identify compliance risks associated with business activities.
• Review products for adherence to statutory requirements.
• Monitor compliance through testing and inspections.
• Prepare reports on findings and breaches.
• Verify merchants KYC before onboarding.
• Ensure consumer KYCs are obtained.
• Assign appropriate MCC code from AML perspective.
• Monitor transactions for AML/fraud scenarios.
• Review marketing materials for compliance.
