We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance & HR Executive to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR operations, government portals, and office administration to ensure smooth business operations and full regulatory compliance.
Job Description
Finance & Accounts
- Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws and international standards.
- Generate the receivable invoices, follow-up with the customers for recovery issues and actively involved in month/year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and review financial reports, and support in budgets maintaining the Budget trackers.
- Ensure proper application of Saudi VAT and other tax requirements.
- Work closely with auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Communicate with MISA and other government and private entities on behalf of the company.
- Follow up on official submissions and inquiries.
Operations and HR Support
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, salary certificates, and HR-related letters.
- Handle iqama renewals, medical insurance (for employees and dependents), and GOSI updates.
- Process exit/re-entry visas and manage requests via Muqeem, Qiwa, and GOSI.
- Coordinate internally with departments and maintain updated employee records on Etimad.
- Prepare official letters for government and private entities (Chamber of Commerce, banks, embassies, etc.).
Government Portals & Regulatory Compliance
- Maintain and update company records on portals such as Qiwa, GOSI, ZATCA, Monsha’at, and Etimad.
- Issue and renew CRs, ZATCA, Monsha’at, Saudization, and Local Content certificates.
- Monitor and resolve government penalties, violations, and alerts.
- Submit tenders, financial claims, and proposals via Etimad.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi labour and legal regulations.
Office Operations and Vendor Management
- Supervise office setup, maintenance, purchases, and logistics.
- Manage invoices, petty cash, and office expenses.
- Coordinate and support staff travel, accommodation, and event logistics.
- Oversee vendor management, get the quotes from the market and service contracts.
Requirements
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Finance with an expertise in Accounts Receivable in the service industry.
- Experience providing Finance and HR support to the business operation coupled with strong analytical, problem solving, and excellent communication skills.
- Experience of dealing with all stakeholders (i.e. Commercial, Content and Operations).
WHAT EQUIPS YOU FOR THIS ROLE
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, or business administration.
- Have ERP (preferably Zoho) system experience.
