This role involves negotiating with suppliers, managing purchasing operations, and analyzing quotations to enhance the procurement cycle's efficiency. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management and 2–3 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of supply chain fundamentals and excellent negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the events industry.
• Ability to analyze quotations and evaluate suppliers based on quality and compliance criteria.
• Good knowledge of purchasing costs, payment terms, and pricing methods.

Responsibilities

• Review event requirements to identify needed materials and equipment.
• Source suitable suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.
• Generate purchase orders and ensure timely delivery aligned with the event timeline.
• Analyze quotations and recommend the most optimal choice.
• Maintain a comprehensive supplier database for materials and quality.
