Job summary

A leading manpower solutions company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced professional in civil infrastructure and cost estimation. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience with a strong background in local construction markets. You will be responsible for tender preparation, budgeting, and procurement strategies for mega projects. Proficiency in CCS (CANDY) and HCSS Heavy Bid software is essential. The role offers a competitive salary and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in KSA.

Qualifications

• 5 – 10 years of experience in civil and infrastructure.
• Minimum 2 years experience in KSA in a similar role.
• Proficiency in cost databases and tender documentation.

Responsibilities

Job description

Requirement:

• 5 – 10 years of Experience
• Strong background in civil, infrastructure, and utilities
• Minimum 2 years of experience in KSA in similar role
• Knowledge of Local construction Saudi market, cost, historical data & Productivity rates,market trends.

Tendering & Cost Estimation Requirements:

• Proficiency in CCS ( CANDY) software cost databases, HCSS Heavy Bid and or the like.
• Proven track record in tender preparation for mega infrastructure and building projects.
• Experience in pre-contract works , tender documentation Review & Preparation, Quantitytake-offs, re measurement.
• Experience in budgeting, BOQ preparation and scope analysis
• Experience in Procurement Strategy – scope packaging, RFQs, supplier/subcontractornegotiations, and best-value sourcing.

Technical & Methodology Requirements:

• Experience in preparation of Technical Submittals, clarifications, and executionmethodologies for multidisciplinary projects.
