Job Summary
The EPMO Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and strategic alignment of all programs and projects within the organization. The role ensures that projects are delivered in line with organizational goals, using standardized methodologies and robust performance metrics (KPIs). The position plays a key role in supporting the achievement of the organization’s strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage the Enterprise Project Management Office framework, tools, and governance model.
- Monitor the implementation of all key projects and strategic initiatives across departments.
- Align project portfolios with organizational strategic objectives and national development programs (e.g., Vision 2030).
- Develop, track, and report on project performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure regular updates to leadership.
- Provide coaching and guidance to project managers and stakeholders on project management best practices.
- Prepare executive dashboards and strategic reports for senior management and external oversight bodies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and resource conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external governance standards in project execution.
- Lead the development of enterprise-wide project methodologies and templates.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor\'s degree in project management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 7 to 10 years of proven experience in project/program management, preferably within a government or large-scale organization.
- Minimum 3years in a supervisory or managerial role within a PMO or EPMO environment.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of project governance and enterprise PMO models.
- Proficient in developing and analyzing KPIs for strategic project tracking.
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Power BI).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
