Hotel: Taif (TIFHA), Airport Road, P.O. Box 827, 21944

This position is open to local candidates only.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

  • Conduct monthly safety meetings and ensure compliance with brand safety standards.
  • Manage Civil Defense license renewals and firefighting system inspections.
  • Coordinate emergency drills, safety training, and incident reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with Green Key and Journey to Tomorrow sustainability initiatives.
  • Lead environmental programs and maintain Green Engage data compliance.
  • Track AMC contracts, follow up with vendors, and prepare monthly maintenance reports.
  • Liaise with government agencies for compliance matters and support Deloitte 360 audit requirements.
  • Assist the Chief Engineer with ad-hoc projects and ensure timely completion.
Guest Experience
  • Helpguestsneeds to ensuretheir satisfaction
  • Use a maintenance programme to ensure the hotel is maintained and in service for our guests
Responsible business
  • Maintain and order parts and supplies whilst minimising waste and maintaining “green” initiatives
  • May be responsible for hotel security to minimise risk of theft, crime and other hazards
  • Ad-hoc duties – unexpected moments when wehave topull together to get a task done
Accountabilities

This is the Maintenance/Engineering job which may include one or more food or beverage outlets, and/or meeting space or catering/convention facilities. May supervise a small maintenance staff.

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
  • Basic knowledge of safety standards and environmental compliance
