Qualifications

• University Degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role with a five star hotel.
• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
• 8–10 years experience in 4-5 star Hotel.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all guest rooms, corridors and pantries daily.
• Conduct on the job training for all Room Attendants.
• Maintain effective employee relations.
• Prepare job orders for follow up with Engineering.
• Ensure special attention given to VIP rooms.
• Attend daily briefing with Housekeeping.
• Report any irregular guests to Security.
• Conduct fumigation for rooms and floors.
• Prepare inventory for room linen.
