Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team in Saudi Arabia within the construction and energy sectors. In this essential role, you will supervise and coordinate electrical construction activities on-site, ensuring that all work is performed according to project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. The Electrical Foreman will lead a team of electricians and apprentices, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities
  • Supervise day-to-day electrical activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Supervise and lead electricians and technicians in daily electrical operation and maintenance activities at utility plants and facilities.
  • Execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems supporting water, wastewater, and seawater cooling operations.
  • Ensure safe and reliable operation of electrical distribution systems including transformers, switchgear, MCCs, control panels, motors, and lighting systems.
  • Plan, assign, and monitor work orders to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within required timelines.
  • Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, pumps, panels, and control systems to minimize downtime of utility assets.
  • Ensure strict compliance with MASA QHSE policies, permit-to-work systems, LOTO procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical documents to support maintenance and repair activities.
  • Coordinate with operations, mechanical, and instrumentation teams to support continuous plant operation.
  • Maintain maintenance records, reports, and logs in line with O&M requirements.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience, preferably in utilities, water treatment, wastewater, or large O&M plant environments.
  • Prior experience in a foreman or supervisory role is required.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution, MCCs, switchgear, transformers, motors, and control circuits.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Hands‑on experience with preventive and corrective maintenance practices in continuous-operation facilities.
  • Good understanding of electrical safety standards, permit-to-work systems, and lockout/tagout procedures.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
  • Valid electrical certifications or licenses are preferred.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in the construction industry.
