Qualifications

Job description

Location & Project Context: North West Saudi Arabia – Vision 2030 Renewable Energy Project

Purpose: Lead electrical maintenance and reliability engineering for PV plants, driving safe operations and continuous performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise preventive/corrective maintenance of PV electrical systems.
• Diagnose complex faults; conduct root-cause analyses and implement solutions.
• Monitor equipment performance and execute improvement projects/modifications.
• Support outage planning and execution to meet scope, cost and schedule targets.
• Ensure SAP/CMMS data integrity and accurate maintenance records.
• Champion HSE compliance and contractor oversight.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8–10 years’ experience in power generation, with strong PV exposure.
• Knowledge of CMMS (SAP preferred), predictive maintenance and project delivery.
• Excellent planning, stakeholder management and technical reporting skills.

Permanent relocation to North West Saudi Arabia.
