A leading global energy company is looking for an experienced Electrical Capital Planning Engineer. You will be responsible for techno-economic evaluations, long-term planning for electrical systems, and interfacing with utilities for power supply agreements. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and possesses over 10 years of experience in the power sector, with a strong background in capital planning. We are seeking an Electrical Capital Planning Engineer to join our Capital Planning Division (CPD) within our Power Systems Planning Department. CPD administers the planning of capital projects sponsored by Power Systems Admin Area and interfaces with utilities to initiate agreements on bulk power supply for Saudi Aramco projects.
Your primary role is to conduct and support the techno-economic evaluation and development of business cases for capital projects sponsored by Power Systems. In addition, you will develop long term master plans to assess the existing electrical systems configuration and then address potential new installations, upgrades, expansions, replacements, retrofits, or demolitions of Power Systems assets across different operating areas of Saudi Aramco.
