Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Document Control Specialist located in Al Khobar. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing, creating, and organizing all company documentation and records. Regular tasks include reviewing documents for accuracy, ensuring compliance with company standards, updating and maintaining records management systems, and implementing quality control processes. The specialist will collaborate with various departments to streamline document workflows and ensure the efficiency of documentation processes.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Documentation, Document Management, and Document Review.
  • Expertise in Records Management to maintain accurate and well-organized documentation systems.
  • Experience in ensuring quality control and compliance in documentation processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for document management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and communicate effectively in professional environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in a similar role.
