General Summary

Leads the strategic planning and implementation of wayfinding systems across all transport environments. Ensures intuitive, accessible, and inclusive navigation experiences that support all customer segments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop a unified wayfinding strategy for multimodal stations, vehicles, and public spaces.
  • Oversee the design and deployment of physical and digital signage systems.
  • Incorporate accessibility, language, and cognitive inclusivity principles.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, branding, and digital teams to maintain consistency.
  • Evaluate and optimize signage effectiveness through customer feedback and behavioral studies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Master’s preferred in urban design, environmental graphic design, architecture, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in wayfinding and signage systems, ideally in large transit projects within the GCC.
