Job description

Purpose of the Role

Own all mobile application strategy, development, performance, and delivery across React Native, Swift, and Kotlin ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development for all Patient and HR mobile apps (React Native, Swift, Kotlin).
• Define mobile architecture, reusable components, coding standards, and UI/UX direction.
• Ensure high performance, security, and crash-free experience across platforms.
• Manage app store processes, releases, CI/CD, monitoring, and analytics.
• Coordinate with backend teams to optimize Spring Boot APIs for mobile usage.

Technical Requirements

• Deep expertise in React Native and native mobile development (Swift/Kotlin).

• Knowledge of mobile CI/CD, API optimization, and secure communication with Spring Boot services.
• Strong grasp of UX/UI standards for patient and HR mobile applications.
