• Minimum 15–20 years in large-scale project delivery.
• At least 7–10 years in DFMA, MMC, or modular construction leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead Qiddiya’s DFMA and modular construction strategy.
• Oversee research initiatives evaluating emerging MMC technologies.
• Provide technical leadership on DFMA principles integration.
• Establish framework for evaluating suppliers in the DFMA/MMC ecosystem.
• Collaborate with teams to embed DFMA principles, ensuring efficiency.
• Develop policies and guidelines for modular construction.
