- Manage the complete sales process from initial identification of a prospect, through scoping requirements to successful contract negotiation and close
- Prepare sales pitches & proposals to present at the Director level
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, products, services, or partnerships.
- Design and implement sales strategies that ensure we meet our revenue objectives
- Prospect new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation techniques
- Use insight and consultative selling techniques to teach customers about their industry and offer unique perspectives on their business
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry shifts to identify opportunities for growth.
- Research prospective organizations to identify the right customer stakeholders to sell to
- Independently and collaboratively strategise for solving deal-level challenges
- Work closely with internal implementation and development teams to develop an implementation approach and quote, and assure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
- Oversee the business development budget and provide accurate forecasting for revenue and profit margins.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and build relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- A passion for innovative technologies and an understanding of design processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to systematically solve problems and hypothesise possible customer pain points and implicit needs
- Independent and self-directed, and takes initiative with minimal direction or supervision
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM and business development tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple opportunities at the same time
- Ability to travel
