Overview

The Human Resources Operations Director will establish and lead all HR operational functions, including payroll, government compliance platforms, and expatriate visa systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage end-to-end payroll processes.
  • Implement payroll systems and ensure compliance with Saudi labour, tax, and statutory regulations.
  • Set up and maintain required government HR and compliance platforms.
  • Establish visa and work-authorization systems for expatriate employees.
  • Oversee immigration processes, renewals, and documentation compliance.
  • Lead core HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, HR records, and reporting.
  • Implement and optimize HRIS and digital HR tools.
  • Build efficient, scalable HR processes suitable for a startup environment.
  • Develop HR operational policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and external regulatory requirements.
  • Manage relationships with government agencies and HR service providers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of HR operations experience, including leadership roles.
  • Proven experience establishing payroll systems, government platforms, and expatriate visa workflows.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment; agile, flexible, and solutions-oriented.
