  • Plan and manage targeted digital ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic ads) focusing on business owners & HR professionals in Saudi Arabia.
  • Optimize website & landing pages for SEO and lead conversion
  • Manage CRM and email outreach campaigns
  • Track and report on campaign performance & enhancements
  • Coordinate retargeting ads and custom audience strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field
  • 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing (B2B)
  • Experience in Paid Ads Management: Google Ads, LinkedIn, X, Meta with proven ability to generate leads
  • SEO & SEM for B2B search terms: Keyword research, Op-page optimization, content strategy
  • Analytics & Reporting: Google analytics, conversion tracking
  • Email & CRM Tools & Automation: familiar with platforms like Mailchimp
  • Basic Visual Skills: Ability to use Canva or edit creative
  • Landing Page development: Basic knowledge of HTML or similar
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales funnel: knowledge of Saudi market, labor laws, HR services in KSA
  • Strong analytical mindset & strategic thinker
  • Goal-focused & ROI-driven with strong execution skills
  • Professional certification in Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP), Google Digital Marketing Certificate, and Google Data Analytics Certificate.
  • Fluent in English.
