Main Purpose of the Job:
We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution — you’ll be responsible for managing online presence, growing our social communities, and activating engaging daily stories that inspire our audience to interact, share, and convert.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage the company’s digital marketing strategies across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan and execute daily interactive stories and short-form content to engage followers and increase brand visibility.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and platform features to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Create compelling visuals, copy, and multimedia content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage and grow our online communities by activating our online channels via comments, messages, and user-generated content.
- Track performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and storytelling.
- Manage paid social campaigns and digital ads when required.
- Stay up-to-date with new digital tools, algorithms, and best practices.
- Undertake ad hoc duties as and when required to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management (2+ years preferred).
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.
- Understanding of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in generating fresh content ideas.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with paid advertising on social platforms is a plus.
