Job summary

A leading energy project in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Cybersecurity professional to implement and maintain security tools, enhance monitoring and threat intelligence, and manage vulnerability assessments. The ideal candidate has 5–6 years of experience in IT/Cybersecurity operations, strong knowledge of KSA regulations, and relevant certifications. This position plays a crucial role in integrating cybersecurity across IT, IS, and OT systems, ensuring compliance, and mentoring junior staff. Competitive compensation and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in IT/Cybersecurity operations.
• Strong knowledge of KSA regulations (HCIS, NCA).
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, ISO27001, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain security tools and ensure their effective operation.
• Enhance security monitoring and SIEM operations with threat intelligence.
• Coordinate cybersecurity solutions deployment and compliance.
• Manage vulnerability assessments and remediation efforts.
• Strengthen incident response capabilities through drills and reporting.
• Integrate cybersecurity into operational processes across departments.
• Monitor cybersecurity effectiveness and develop KPI reports.
• Mentor junior team members in cybersecurity operations.

Skills

Knowledge of latest IT/OT Operations cybersecurity trends and techniques

Ability to identify cybersecurity related threats, vulnerabilities, and risks

Knowledge of KSA specific regulations such as HCIS and NCA

Written and verbal communication skills

Interpersonal and teamwork skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent
