Inbox Technologies Arabia is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Manager (Pre-Sales) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their cybersecurity challenges, and designing solutions that align with both technical requirements and business outcomes. You will partner closely with the sales team to position Inbox Technologies Arabia as a trusted advisor and ensure the successful pursuit of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Requirement Gathering
  • Collaborate with customers and prospects to understand their business, technology landscape, and security concerns.
  • Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and assessments to capture requirements and define solution scope.
Solution Design & Proposal Support
  • Design secure architectures and frameworks aligned with customer needs, industry best practices, and compliance requirements (ISO, NCA, SAMA, GDPR, PCI DSS, etc.).
  • Develop solution collateral including technical proposals, high-level designs, RFP / RFI responses, and presentations.
  • Map solutions to customer business objectives, highlighting value creation and ROI.
Sales Enablement
  • Partner with account managers and business development teams to build winning strategies.
  • Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to customers.
  • Support pipeline opportunities from qualification to closure by providing technical leadership during pre-sales cycles.
Thought Leadership & Knowledge Building
  • Stay updated with cybersecurity market trends, emerging threats, and vendor technologies (cloud, network, identity, endpoint, SOC, OT / IC S, etc.).
  • Position Inbox as a thought leader by contributing to industry events, workshops, and client briefings.
  • Develop and maintain reusable solution assets such as playbooks, patterns, and reference architectures.
Collaboration & Handover
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of proposed solutions and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, or vendor‑specific (Microsoft, AWS, Palo Alto, Cisco, etc.) are desirable.
Experience
  • Minimum 8–10 years in the ecosystem of cybersecurity, with at least 3–5 years in a pre‑sales, solution architect, or IT consulting role.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and presenting cybersecurity solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Proven expertise across multiple domains: network security, cloud security, IAM, SOC / SIEM, data protection, and compliance frameworks.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with client executives, technical teams, and partners.
