• 3-5 years of relevant CX solutions experience required.
• Track record of success in solutions/CX industry.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for CX solutions within the sales team.
• Support entire sales cycle from identifying opportunities to customer support.
• Provide standard and customized/personalized solution demonstrations.
• Evaluate account criteria for further investment in pursuing opportunities.
• Establish self as a thought leader in the account team.
• Conduct dry runs on strategic deals and engagements.

Skills

Professional experience with large software/IT organizations

SAP CX product experience

Working knowledge of Cloud and SaaS models

Creating compelling storylines for customer interactions

Ability to quickly understand customer business goals
