Main responsibilities

  1. Order processing management – Verification of preliminary documents, including HS code compliance, and advising customers on proper declaration to customs.
  2. Customer order plausibility analysis and review for changes, as applicable.
  3. Customs processing (export/import) – Coordination for BOE passing, payment of customs and port charges, online/exit reporting, and compliance with the operational team.
  4. Setting up inspection scheduling for cargo inspections.
  5. Reporting – Management of import and export documentation, administration, and filing, including statutory, operations desk, and finance documentation (exit entry, document deposit, customs duty account, standing guarantee account).
  6. CHB – Customs and ports operational troubleshooting and providing solutions to internal and external customers, maintaining confidence and transparency.
  7. Reporting and submission to customs – Handling original documents and claims, including FZE export non-remittance claims, duty claims (industrial exemption cases), and document deposits.
  8. Managing end-to-end processing stages – Receipt of requests, verification, execution, and compliance.
  9. Punctual and flawless order handling and documentation.
  10. Managing job files and BOE passing as defined by the Line Manager.

Job Requirements

  • +3 years of experience in CHB role with knowledge of Saudi Customs and local practices.
  • Arabic speaking and fluent in English, both written and oral.
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications and/or other market-leading software applications.
