A leading global engineering and construction firm is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Riyadh to manage client service requests via various communication channels. Ideal candidates will possess excellent interpersonal skills, significant customer service experience, and preferably bilingual capabilities in English and Arabic. The role offers opportunities to work in a team and involves documenting service requests accurately.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience is a must.
  • Knowledge and understanding of facility management environment.
  • Bilingual (English and Arabic) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client service requests via phone calls, e-mails, and web requests.
  • Provide resolution to customer inquiries.
  • Document and update records in required systems.
