We are seeking an exceptional Customer Success Team Lead/Manager to lead our customer relationships and drive business growth. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager and CEO, you will be the strategic bridge between our customers and our organization. This is not just a role—it's a mission to transform how we engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver value at every touchpoint.
In this position, you will own the complete customer lifecycle, from nurturing active accounts and unlocking upselling opportunities to strategically re‑engaging cold accounts and resolving issues with lost customers. You will coordinate seamlessly across all internal functions—sales, logistics, projects, after‑sales, and finance—to ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
You will be the custodian of our customer relationships, managing three distinct customer segments: active accounts (where you’ll identify and execute upselling opportunities), cold accounts (where you’ll leverage sales expertise to generate new leads and opportunities), and lost accounts (where you’ll resolve pending issues and present compelling retention packages). Your deep understanding of the Saudi market, client preferences, and business mentality will be instrumental in tailoring your approach to each segment.
As a natural connector, you will coordinate with sales, logistics, projects, after‑sales, and finance teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience. You’ll be empowered to drive decisions and influence outcomes across departments, ensuring that finance is involved early to manage payment relationships effectively and that all teams are aligned on customer objectives.
You will oversee and lead the projects team in conducting regular site surveys with customers—both within and outside warranty periods. These surveys are not just compliance exercises; they are opportunities to qualify customers for expanded services, increase sales from SLAs, and unlock after‑sales revenue streams. Your ability to translate technical insights into business opportunities will be critical.
You will take ownership of securing and following up on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and after‑sales service offerings, including spare parts replacement. Regular customer visits will be a cornerstone of your strategy, demonstrating our commitment to their success and strengthening loyalty over time.
You will generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for the Sales Manager, providing actionable insights into customer health, pipeline opportunities, and business trends. These reports will guide strategic decisions and help the organization stay ahead of market dynamics.
You bring 2‑3 years of experience for the Team Lead position or 3‑5 years for the Manager position, with a proven track record in customer relations management, conflict resolution, and upselling. You understand the nuances of the Saudi market and can navigate complex client relationships with finesse and professionalism.
A strong technical background in the data center business is a major factor in your success. You understand data center infrastructure, operations, and the technical challenges that our clients face. This knowledge allows you to speak the language of our customers and position our solutions effectively.
You possess a deep understanding of Saudi market requirements, client orientation preferences, and business mentality. You recognize that success in this region requires cultural sensitivity, relationship‑building, and a commitment to long‑term partnerships.

Fluency in English is essential for this role, as you will communicate regularly with international clients, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and prepare reports for senior management. You must be able to articulate complex customer requirements and technical concepts clearly in English, both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in Arabic is highly valued and will strengthen your ability to navigate the Saudi market and build deeper relationships with local stakeholders. Strong communication skills in both languages will set you apart as a truly bilingual professional capable of bridging cultural and linguistic divides.
An annual salary of SAR 168,000 - SAR 216,000 (all‑inclusive), commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
