  • Ensure customer invoices are properly supported.
  • Respond to customer queries regarding differences in SOA.
  • Periodic reconciliation of the custom clearance bank account.
  • Finance department General Vouchers and posting activities.

Responsibilities
  • Handling payments for custom clearance and freight forwarding
  • Record custom clearance and freight forwarding payments and ensure they are properly supported by approvals and necessary documents
  • Reconcile the custom clearance and freight forwarding expenses for each JOB and ensure they timey closed
  • Responsible for reconciliation of the refundable amount from the customers
  • Ensure customer invoices are duly supported by necessary documents before dispatched to the customer
  • Respond to customer queries regarding differences in SOA
  • Periodic reconciliation of the custom clearance bank account
  • Finance department General Vouchers and posting activities including housekeeping
Education and Qualification

Diploma/bachelor’s in accounting, business administration, commerce or similar fields

Professional Experience

2 to 3 years in accounting department in accountant role.
