We craft natural, plant-based supplements and functional drinks that help people live better from the inside out. After growing across the UAE - with 300+ retail partners and a loyal online community - we’re now expanding into Saudi Arabia, and we’re looking for someone special to lead the way.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial, and hands‑on Country Manager to help us launch and grow rite. in Saudi Arabia.

This is not a corporate management role - it’s a builder’s job. You’ll be our first full‑time team member on the ground, responsible for making things happen: setting up operations, opening doors, coordinating with our partners, and growing our community.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Launch & Growth
  • Help plan and execute rite.’s entry into the Saudi market - from online setup to brand partnerships.
  • Build and scale rite.’s eCommerce presence in Saudi Arabia, positioning online as a core growth pillar.
  • Identify growth opportunities across retail, e-commerce, gyms, and hospitality.
  • Build strong relationships with buyers, distributors and partners.
  • Represent rite. in local events, trade shows, and wellness activations.
Operations & Logistics
  • Coordinate with the UAE HQ to ensure smooth import, warehousing, and delivery of products.
  • Support in SFDA documentation, registrations, and local compliance.
  • Monitor inventory and ensure timely replenishment to stores and partners.
Sales & Marketing Support
  • Work closely with HQ on marketing campaigns, influencer seeding, and retail visibility.
  • Ensure in-store presence, branding, and activations reflect rite.’s premium wellness image.
  • Gather feedback from customers and retailers to help refine our market approach.
Data & Reporting
  • Track and report on key KPIs: sales, distribution, performance, and customer feedback.
  • Share regular updates and insights with HQ to improve decision‑making and growth strategy.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 1–3 years of hands‑on experience building and scaling an eCommerce business from scratch, including platform setup, payments, logistics, and customer experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, operations, or business development - ideally in FMCG, beauty, or wellness.
  • A go‑getter with strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written).
  • Startup mindset: resourceful, proactive, curious, and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
  • Passionate about health, fitness, and wellness - or just genuinely excited about building a brand that makes people feel good.
