  • Oversee and ensure adherence to all safety and quality standards,regulations, rules and procedures
  • Oversee and ensure safe handling of equipment, tools, process chemicals,etc.
  • Complete and oversee compliance to all shift administration, recordkeeping, and shift log requirements
  • Report and elevate non-conformances/or deviations as and when requiredin compliance to procedure and protocol
  • Arrange and evaluate shift emergency preparedness exercises; Take (firstline) lead in case of emergency
  • Identify and remove any obstacles inhibiting team performance
  • Perform routine inspections on equipment and systems
  • Assist to identify and correct abnormal conditions
