Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Dammam is seeking a Contract Manager responsible for preparing and managing all company contracts. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in contract management, a Bachelor's degree in engineering, and preferably a Master's in law. This role requires strong communication skills and fluency in Arabic and English. The position ensures all contracts align with legal standards and supports organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or commercial operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage all company contracts to ensure compliance.
• Negotiate contract terms and monitor contractor performance.
• Prepare periodic contract status reports and deliver presentations.
• Ensure all contractual activities comply with legal and corporate policies.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
