We are looking for an experienced consultant / specialist in company registration in Saudi Arabia.

The project will have two phases:

• Initial Consultation – advice on company structure, ownership, requirements, and step‑by‑step process.
• Company Registration – assisting with all necessary filings, documents, and approvals for opening an IT LLC.

The budget is flexible and will be agreed upon based on the consultant’s experience and scope of work.

Skills

• Proven experience in setting up Limited Liability Companies (LLC) for foreign founders
• Knowledge of MISA, MoC, ZATCA, GOSI, and Qiwa processes
• Experience with IT companies is a plus
• Understanding of situations where one founder holds a Saudi Iqama and the other does not
• Ability to provide a detailed plan and document checklist before proceeding with registration
• Arabic‑english speaking specialists are highly welcome.

The consultant can be located in Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, India, or any other country with strong experience in KSA company setup.
