Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Saudi Arabia seeks a Commercial Manager/Sales Manager to manage a personal book of business with full accountability. The role focuses on acquiring new high-risk merchants while expanding existing client relationships. Ideal candidates should have proven experience in payments, particularly in crypto and EMIs, alongside a strong understanding of high-risk merchant underwriting. Excellent English and Russian skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in payments, specifically in Crypto payments, PSPs, EMIs, or high-risk acquiring.
  • Strong understanding of crypto-fiat rails and on/off-ramps.
  • Hands-on, fast, and commercially aggressive.

Responsibilities

  • Own a personal book of business with full commercial accountability.
  • Grow ARR / MRR via new merchant acquisitions.
  • Negotiate deal conditions and ensure fast go-live.

Responsibilities

Revenue & Book Ownership

Own a personal book of business with full commercial accountability

Grow ARR / MRR via :

New merchant acquisition (forex, gambling, and other high-risk industries along with e-commerce)

Volume expansion across your book of business

Responsible for revenue targets

New Logo Acquisition (Hunter)

Actively prospect and close new high-risk merchants (warm & cold leads)

Run deals end-to-end : Discovery → commercial proposal → onboarding with the help of enablement officer → go-live

Account Expansion (Farmer)

Grow existing clients

Maintain direct client relationships

Commercial Execution

Negotiate all the deal conditions

Work closely with :

Solution Engineers / Enablement officers

Compliance / legal / finance / back office teams

Ensure fast go-live

Qualifications and Requirements

Perfect English (written & spoken) & Russian

Proven experience in payments :

Crypto payments, PSPs, EMIs, or high-risk acquiring

Track record of :

Closing deals

Growing revenue

Owning client relationships long-term

Strong understanding of :

High-risk merchant underwriting

Crypto-fiat rails and on / off-ramps
