Kanoo Terminal Services Ltd (KTS), a leading player in the logistics industry related to container transportation, storage, repairs, reefer services, and container conversions, is looking for sound and experienced commercial/sales candidates with a proven track record to participate in the growth plans of the organization. Immediate requirements in commercial/sales are as below:

Responsibilities
  1. Focus on the commercial/sales activities including exploring more business from existing customers and adding new customers and business segments.
  2. Commercially grow the business in line with the business strategy and meet the annual budget.
  3. Build a strong portfolio of new customers in various business segments.
  4. Manage customer costing and pricing to ensure profitability in alignment with operations and other stakeholders.
  5. Agree and continually review with operations on improving the customer experience/performance, besides helping operations achieve logistics efficiency/cost savings.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or any other related field.
  2. Experience in logistics, trucking, depot and reefer, warehousing, and related industry.
  3. Minimum experience of 3-5 years in sales/commercial/business development in the relevant industry.
  4. Appropriate computer knowledge including Excel and commercial analysis skills.
  5. Strong experience in selling cold chain warehousing solutions is preferred.
  6. Good customer dealing and negotiation skills.
  7. Strategic thinking skills.
  8. Knowledge of industry standards/KPIs.
  9. Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  10. Language skill: English – must have, Arabic – preferred.
