About the Role

The Commercial Buyer willb be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to secure the best possible products and pricing.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify new and trending products in your assigned category, that align with our customer base and business goals.
  • Source and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
  • Negotiate competitive pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contractual agreements.
  • Generate reports on supplier performance, pricing trends, and purchasing activity.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to identify insights from purchasing data to inform future strategies.
What will make you successful:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a commercial buyer or procurement role within e-commerce or retail.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
