The project

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of world‑class assets supporting major sporting events, including the development of multiple stadiums. Mace is at the forefront of this landmark programme with a highly motivated client organisation and seeks results‑driven professionals to join our exceptional teams, driving excellence at every stage of these high‑profile projects.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Support feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and contract selection, including procurement reporting.
  • Apply value‑management techniques and assist with estimating and cost planning for final cost plans.
  • Manage procurement stages from prequalification to contract preparation, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Prepare contract documents, warranties, bonds, valuations, and adjust variations in line with contract terms.
  • Work with cost consultants to deliver cost control, reporting, and financial analysis throughout the project.
  • Identify costs linked to design changes, awards, construction activities, and client charges.
  • Assist with practical completion certificates, final accounts, and defect resolution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, coach junior team members, and champion net zero carbon goals.
You’ll need to have:
