As a Client Account Lead (CAL) as the Associate Director within Accenture’s Financial Services Client Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving client engagement, fostering strategic relationships, and delivering innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of financial services clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in account management, strategic planning, and client relationship development to create meaningful impact and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex, cross-functional engagements to drive client expansion and deliver tailored solutions aligned with clients\' business objectives.

  • Build and lead diverse teams to successfully deliver innovative solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations.
  • Address delivery challenges to meet service level agreements and maintain high standards of client satisfaction.
  • Enhance client satisfaction through strategic relationship management, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
  • Utilize advanced proficiency in strategic planning and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and execute account sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with client objectives.
Job Qualifications
  • Master proficiency in Account Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex client accounts and drive business growth.
  • Master proficiency in Account Sales Planning: Proven track record of developing and executing strategic sales plans.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in relevant skills, including account management, client relationship development, and strategic planning.
  • Master\'s Degree in a relevant field of study, such as Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
Preferred skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Client Relationship Development: Expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Expert proficiency in Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute innovative strategies that drive client success.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Market Analysis: Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics within the financial services sector.
