• Oversee and monitor all assigned civil works on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and contractual requirements.
• Follow up on construction activities and site progress on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Inspect civil works to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project standards.
• Submit accurate technical, inspection, and progress reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and execution plans.
• Support the successful delivery of construction and infrastructure projects, particularly water treatment projects.

Requirements

• Post‑secondary intermediate diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Formal education and relevant work experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil inspection or site supervision.
• Proven experience working with a consultant firm is mandatory.
• Strong experience in construction and infrastructure projects, with a focus on water treatment projects (implementation and supervision).
• Hands‑on experience in supervising, following up, and receiving all civil implementation works on‑site in line with project agreements and approved standards.
• Solid understanding of quality control, site execution, and inspection procedures.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Strong reporting, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage site activities independently and handle multiple workstreams.
• High attention to detail with strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
