Job description

Leverage your abilitiesand join the dynamic team of a Holding Saudi Company specializing inthe Real Estate industry in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for the design, coordination, and technical delivery of high-quality projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, architectural aesthetics, and urban planning regulations.

Key Accountabilities

(For Both Roles, with task-specific focus)

Civil Engineer:

• Design, review, and supervise structural elements, infrastructure, and civil works in architectural and planning projects.
• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes (e.g., SBC, ACI, ASTM).
• Conduct site analysis, grading plans, drainage design, and prepare BOQs and construction documentation.
• Collaborate with architects and MEP engineers to deliver integrated project designs.
• Participate in technical reviews, cost estimation, and permitting processes.

Architectural Engineer:

• Develop and review architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and public projects.
• Ensure aesthetic quality, functionality, and compliance with local building regulations.
• Coordinate with civil, structural, and MEP teams to align architectural concepts with technical feasibility.
• Conduct site visits for design validation and support construction teams in resolving architectural issues.
• Prepare presentation packages and documentation for client and authority approvals.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (based on the role).

• 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in design and drafting tools:

Civil Engineer: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ETABS, SAP2000.

Architectural Engineer: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop.

• Solid understanding of local and international codes and standards.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-based environment.

• Experience in preparing technical reports, BOQs, and construction documentation.
