Hotel: Riyadh - Al Takhassusi (RUHTA), TBD, Al-Takassusi Street

We’re looking for a dedicated and organized Chief Stewarding to lead the stewarding team. As part of the IHG family, you’ll ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all kitchen and back-of-house areas. You’ll manage inventory, supervise staff, and work closely with the culinary and F&B teams to maintain a smooth and efficient operation that supports an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the stewarding team to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Ensure proper cleaning of kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishware.

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and kitchen tools.

Implement and monitor health and safety procedures, including waste disposal and pest control.

Coordinate with culinary and F&B teams to support kitchen operations.

Train and develop stewarding staff to uphold IHG brand standards.

Prepare schedules and assign daily duties to the stewarding team.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with hygiene regulations.
