Alumni Global are delighted to be leading a confidential search for a Chief Operating Officer for a fast-growing specialist healthcare organisation operating in an attractive Gulf location.

This appointment comes at a pivotal point in the organisation’s development and will play a central role in shaping how services are designed, delivered and scaled. It is an opportunity for an experienced acute operational leader to help build a high quality, patient centred clinical platform, bringing clarity, discipline and momentum to a complex and regulated healthcare environment.

The Chief Operating Officer will work closely with the Chief Executive and clinical leadership to translate strategic ambition into operational reality, including the launch and stabilisation of new services, the build out of operating infrastructure, and the creation of clear performance, governance and accountability frameworks. It is a role with genuine breadth, pace and influence, suited to someone who enjoys building, leading and improving organisations rather than simply running what already exists.

We are keen to hear from senior operational leaders with experience in acute or specialist healthcare, ideally within complex, multi site or highly regulated settings. International experience is welcome, but not essential. What matters most is credibility, judgement, and the ability to lead teams through growth, change and delivery at pace.
