Chief of Staff – CEO Office (Industrial Company, PE-backed)

This is a high-performing industrial company, backed by a private equity fund, in the creation of a Chief of Staff / CEO Office role.

The company operates in high-precision machining and advanced materials, serving major international OEMs in demanding industrial sectors. The business combines strong technical know-how, high margins and ambitious growth objectives.

Your role

This is a newly created, highly transversal position, acting as the right hand of the CEO.

You will be directly involved in:

  • Driving and tracking strategic roadmaps
  • Launching and coordinating cross-functional initiatives (finance, commercial, industrial)
  • Supporting organizational structuring and operational execution
  • Acting as a key interface between the CEO and leadership teams (including industrial director)
  • Contributing hands‑on to the company’s growth and transformation journey
Your profile
  • 5–10 years of experience in a consulting, entrepreneurial or scale‑up environment
  • Strong execution mindset, structured yet pragmatic
  • Comfortable in unstructured or fast‑evolving environments
  • Able to work closely with industrial, finance and commercial leaders
  • Significant international exposure (Middle East / Asia is a strong plus)
  • Entrepreneurial background is highly valued
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluency in French is a major plus on the role
