Job summary

A renowned Italian restaurant group in the Riyadh region is searching for experienced Chef de Partie professionals. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in fine dining, with a preference for Italian cuisine. Key responsibilities include preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and supervising Commis Chefs. A globally recognised Italian restaurant group is recruiting two Chef de Partie professionals for its Riyadh operation. The role suits disciplined, technically strong chefs with a solid grounding in Italian cuisine and experience working to exacting fine-dining standards in a structured brigade.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and execute dishes within the assigned section to consistently high standards
  • Maintain mise-en-place, portion control, and quality during high-volume service
  • Work closely with Sous Chefs and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Uphold HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times
  • Assist with training and supervision of Commis Chefs
  • Ensure correct storage, labelling, and stock rotation
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in fine dining
  • Proven experience with Italian cuisine preferred
  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure in a high-volume environment
  • Professional attitude, reliability, and strong team orientation
  • Good English skills
  • Candidates must be available to start 1 February (or shortly thereafter).
